Classes with Dawn Wenner (Design by Dawn):

  The Bling Bag – Friday & Saturday @ 9:30 AM (1 ˝ hour class)

The bag will be a "neck wallet" with two pockets in it that crosses over your shoulder to the other side.  The bag is perfect for when you go shopping and just need to carry a few things with you, but I know some people that use them every day.  They are so quick and easy that you will want many to coordinate with outfits.  I will make the bag for you to save time but show you how it is made and supply a set of directions, as I know you will want to make more of these once you see how fun and easy they are.  I will show you many samples of other ways to decorate them and you will have yet another reason to purchase 1/4 yards of fabric.

Once I show you how to make the bag, we will create the motif for the front of this reversible bag and you will be convinced that making your own crystal or metal motifs is the only way to go.  And then just to be sure you know you can do it, we will apply the motif you create to the bag.  I just know you will be wearing this for the rest of the weekend!  Think bright and cheerful...we will be using the new Neon Glow metals with a scattering of crystals on this one.
